Registration is only complete upon the Committee's confirmation of your payment and receipt of your on-line registration form below.  You will get e-mail notification once we've received your payment and have your completed registration form.

(NOTE:  Price will increase to $95.00 per person after 7/1/25)

 

There are several ways to pay:

  • ZELLE:  Make your payment through Zelle at chs7576reunion50@gmail.com [if you cannot find it, look for kimberly.carpenter as she is on the account].  In the Notes Section, indicate the guest name(s) payment is being made for.  NOTE:  Do not opt for the guarantee feature when making your payment as the charge will be deducted and we will not receive the full amount due.

  • VENMO:  Make your payment through Venmo at chs7576reunion50@gmail.com [if you cannot find it, look for kimberly.carpenter as she is on the account].  In the Notes Section, indicate the guest name(s) payment is being made for. NOTE:  Do not opt for the guarantee feature when making your payment as the charge will be deducted and we will not receive the full amount due.

  • DIRECT DEPOSIT:  Checks, money orders or cashier's checks can be deposited directly at any Wells Fargo Bank.  Please contact us on the "Contact" page for specific instructions.
